Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from gifuro, owner Lisa Röpcke (hereinafter gifuro) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the [Buy] button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.
Furthermore, the regulations governing the right of withdrawal are detailed below.
Cancellation policy¹
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [gifuro, Lisa Röpcke, Leibnizstraße 30, 04105 Leipzig, hallo@kawitoys.de] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Prices and shipping costs
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat rate of €3.90 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and on the order page.
Delivery
Delivery is only available within Germany via DHL.
Delivery takes up to 10 days. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.

Consumers have the option of paying via PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna invoice, Klarna instant, credit card payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Dispute resolution

Please note that our companies, as well as our trusted partners and service providers, are located around the world. For the purposes explained in this privacy policy, we store and process all non-personal data we collect in various jurisdictions.

Personal data may be maintained, processed and stored in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel and, to the extent necessary for the proper provision of our services and/or as required by law (as further explained below), in other jurisdictions.

Please note that we retain the collected data for as long as necessary to provide our services, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations to you, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements.
We may, at our sole discretion, correct, supplement or delete inaccurate or incomplete data at any time.
How do we protect the data?
The hosting service for our digital assets provides us with the online platform through which we can offer you our services. Your data may be stored via our hosting provider's data storage, databases, and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall and offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of their services.
All payment options offered by us and our hosting provider for our digital assets comply with the PCI DSS (Credit Card Industry Data Security Standard) regulations of the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a collaboration of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data (including physical, electronic, and procedural measures) by our shop and service providers.
Notwithstanding the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and will not guarantee absolute protection and security of the data that you upload, publish, or otherwise share with us or others.
For this reason, we ask you to choose strong passwords and, if possible, not to send us or others any confidential information whose disclosure you believe could cause you significant or lasting harm.
